Questions You May Have

Get to know us and how we approach business transformation.

Who is PriceKubecka and where are you located?

PriceKubecka is a full-service CPA and consulting practice with more than 25 years of experience working with growing companies. From our offices in Dallas, we serve clients across the country.

Are you business consultants or software resellers?

We are always consultants first. For some clients, we may recommend enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting solutions to help them better manage and grow their businesses.

What industries do you specialize in?

Given our CPA relationship with many builders, we have a natural affinity to companies in construction, engineering, and architecture. That said, we know these solutions are broadly applicable and are happy to work with business owners across the spectrum.

What does a consulting engagement look like?

Consulting always starts with listening. Once we have a good idea of your bottlenecks, needs, and goals, we develop a plan together to help you evolve. We recommend a phased engagement that creates a pattern of success and that does not overburden staff with the very change intended to help them.

Is process automation an all or nothing project?

The short answer is no. It’s never an all or nothing choice. Even if your business is ready for a broad transformation, we generally recommend a phased approach that starts with identifying the “low hanging fruit,” if you will, that build confidence and buy-in on the process of change.

In our experience, there are many small to medium sized wins that can positively impact a business and that help lay a foundation upon which to build sustainable change.

What kind of companies are a best fit for this?

Companies who benefit most from business transformation consulting are successful, but have grown to a point where legacy technologies, manual data handling, and limited reporting processes create noticeable drag on timely decision making. And that translates to cost and risk.

“An organization’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive advantage”

~ Jack Welch
